PrintclaimBrumwell is a fully independent international marine cargo
survey company offering a specialist service within the pulp and paper
sector.
The company has been formed from the merger of Printclaim Limited
and R. Brumwell & Company, two long established well recognised and
respected organisations in this field.
The formation of
PrintclaimBrumwell allows us to offer an enhanced service to our
clients with access to an unparalleled source of expertise and experience
within the specialist world of the handling and transportation of pulp
and paper products.
All our surveyors and support staff are fully trained and have
unrivalled expertise gained over many years, in all aspects of transportation
and warehousing which can give our clients immediate identification of
problems together with the ability to solve and prevent the occurrence
of potential damage situations.
We have considerable experience in working
on behalf of both shipowners and their P & I Clubs and are also able
to handle claims for the insurance sector with a view to minimizing
the extent of any loss. We have extensive knowledge, on a worldwide
basis relating to the possibilities for the re-conditioning of damaged
material, secondary markets and salvage outlets.
One major area of our work is loss prevention
and we are able to offer full cargo movement supervision from producing
mill through to final customer.
We have assisted clients in all parts
of the world to problem solve and ensure goods are received by customers
in the best possible condition.
The supervision of vessel loading and
discharge operations is a further important major specialisation and
we are able to offer our expertise to shipowners and port operators
in order to reduce the possibility of claims resulting from potential
cargo damage.
As consultants
we are utilised by Marine Lawyers to act as expert witnesses and we
assist Recovery Agents in their pursuance of claims against third parties.
